Hi, Im Lexi Beal—

Long before I found myself in the online business space back in 2018, I put in nearly a decade of experience coaching (competitive gymnastics, CrossFit/ CrossFit Gymnastics, Yoga, Sound Therapy) and guiding high performance individuals, leaders and athletes of all kinds too overcome the many fears, challenges, beliefs and pressures that come up when stepping into their fullest capabilities and potential.

I know from my own personal experience as a 10 year competitive gymnast, 3 year competitive Olympic weightlifter, and Business Owner what it's like to feel as if the weight of the world is on your shoulders and still somehow find the strength to show up regardless; because after all, achieving true fulfillment in all areas of your life is supposed to be hard. Right? (Hint: it doesn't have to be)

Throughout the years, I have been able to bring my unique knowledge, experience and training into one transformational and powerful container which harmonizes the dualities of both the discipline, strength, power and skill within ourselves with the intuitive, creative, nurturing and compassionate parts of ourselves, all of which are needed for any business leader or high achiever to connect more deeply to their inner Champion, lead others and create epic results.
