This short meditation is designed to assist in calming your nervous system, through connecting you with your pelvic bowl, creating more trust and safety in this area. Gently palpate your pelvic bowl. Fill your pelvic bowl with healing light and notice any sensations. Come home to this space whenever you are called to do so.
