James Donald has 15 years leadership experience with non profits with a focus on youth development and employability. From 2012 to 2016 he was the Managing Director for an award-winning South African adolescent health group Grassroot Soccer, before returning to studies at Harvard University.

He has a BA Psychology degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Harvard University.
