Mbongeni Sibanda, a 2017 Schools Sleepout ambassador from Redhill School, will probably be the youngest participant at the 2018 CEO Sleepout. But having slept out last year, he certainly won't be the least experienced. The 2017 experience taught him a great deal, helping to expand his empathy and compassion for the less fortunate.

The insights of this confident young man open a window into the way the leaders of tomorrow view our world - very differently, it seems, from the older generation. A lot more optimistically. And a reminder that with the right attitude, the sky is the limit.
