The best way to break the fear is to break the habits that keep it strong.  We all have habits or little rituals that we do in order to protect ourselves from things that we don't want or that scare us and fill us with fear.  This fear can feel very real and although some people laugh it off it can actually be something that is holding you back from putting yourself forward for opportunities where you can really excel, shine and show everyone who you really are and what you are truly capable of.
