For years Simon Roberts would not feel well. Nothing he could be specific about, as he got older he realised it was some common mental health problems that were making him feel this way; depression and anxiety. After years of hiding his symptoms and getting middling results taking anti depressants, he's decided to explore other avenues to improve his mood and lessen his fear of social events.
