My focus as a Functional Medicine Health Coach for my clients AND for my own family is to support our immune system and build our immune resilience from the inside out. This has always been important in the winter season, but it's even more important to focus on your immune health at a time like this.

Food is the most important leverage that you have in supporting your immune health. This means primarily consuming a whole foods diet (unprocessed, fresh and mostly homecooked), focusing on improving your gut health and getting enough rest and good quality sleep.
