One of the most common reasons for many women not engaging in regular self-care is that they “don’t have time.”
But as you will see, there are many different kinds of self care practices that are not very time-consuming or require a lot of planning. Once self care becomes a part of your everyday life like it has for me, you will wonder how you ever managed without it. Like me, you will also become more and more protective of your time and find ways to stick to your self care routine no matter how busy you are.
