In this episode, I discuss with you how taking mini breaks in your day is an integral part of your self care practice and 5 easy ways to do it. In other words, this session is about giving yourself permission to PAUSE.
As women, we are natural care givers, and often, rather than asking for help and giving ourselves time to breathe, we fall into a pattern of self neglect. As a result, we start feeling deprived- of companionship, time, peace, love, attention, energy and much more. This serves neither ourselves nor those whom we love in the long run and we often end up paying a heavy price in terms of our own health.
By asking yourself the question “How do I want to feel?” , you can get started by giving yourself permission.
