Creating some of the finest modern market to table Mexican cuisine in Sydney, Mejico combines regional flavours with techniques in their eclectic dishes. It was founded in 2013 by Dr Sam Prince, you might remember that name from the episode where we reviewed INDU. Since then Mejico has continued to make noise amongst the culinary scene and now with the pivot to takeaway it just keeps getting better.
