This episode is a different one . Much slower paced then the last one in terms of emotion. I talk about why i decided to create or even have a weight loss journey to which i am still going through and how i did it. Even though this topic is particularly hard to talk about  i tried my best. I even wasn’t confident in posting it due to some things i said yet i realised as a family we have to be honest and the only person i can be honest with is YOU so i hope this episode is just as good as the last one and the quality and production of my episodes continue to be as good.
