Okra, Stew, & Rice Podcast is a special podcast is based off the webseries Okra, Stew, & Rice, created by filmmaker Rebekah Frimpong to share the stories of African immigrants and their families along with their beloved food memories that connect them to their culture and are related to their migration story. The Podcast will also share the stories of all people of the African diaspora, to include the Caribbean and African-American influences.
