Amazing podcast, I can't find trans history anywhere else. The stories are funny, tragic and told as truthfully as possible. Big, big bonus for acknowledging that the podcast has being done on indigenous land. Morgan M Page has a voice that is lovely to listen to and she manages to present the stories in an easily digestible way while still making sure we understand the context behind them. Morgan M Page delves into history to tell the stories of notable trans people, mostly in North America and Europe. She draws from a variety of sources, often referring to newspaper articles, sometimes playing recordings of interviews with the people in question. It is obvious she relishes the challenge of reconciling conflicting accounts and patchy records to let a whole host of colourful characters shine through. I also appreciate that she gives the political, social and political context of each person's story.
