I LOVE this! I have a vague interest in 'posh' food, so there is the great background info about restaurants around London, but Jay is a very relaxed interviewer. I say interviewer, but no one gets 'grilled' or 'roasted' (no more, I promise), just food, drink and chat. They are very relaxed and the stories, jokes, theories, and revelations, just flow.Almost like being a silent (and starving) third member of the party.
