I really enjoy a nice interview podcast with interesting people who feel relaxed enough to have a good chat with the host. Jay Rayner is that host and takes a cavalcade of interesting people to some of the nicest restaurants where the discuss life, love, careers and of course food. All with a dash of fun and interesting life stories. well worth a listen if it is your kind of thing

Great interviews with super interesting guests.

A very entertaining podcast recommended by my daughter Jill.Jay has guests I wouldn't normally have a lot of interest in but he is really good at drawing stuff out from them. Patrick Kielty was a perfect example of this & his back story was really interesting. It also wasn't too luvvy. I hope Jay will dine outside London a bit more post Covid. Can I suggest Rich Hall as a guest.

I LOVE this! I have a vague interest in 'posh' food, so there is the great background info about restaurants around London, but Jay is a very relaxed interviewer. I say interviewer, but no one gets 'grilled' or 'roasted' (no more, I promise), just food, drink and chat. They are very relaxed and the stories, jokes, theories, and revelations, just flow.Almost like being a silent (and starving) third member of the party.
