Do you like getting new plants from box stores or local nurseries? You have maybe purchased something from Oregon! In this week’s episode, you will learn about nursery production in Oregon from the perspective of a nursery Plant Health Manager and an elementary school teacher.

In this episode, you’ll hear from Martha Sleeper, Plant Health Manager with Everde Growers, who works with her teams to provide safe and healthy plants to consumers across the country.

You’ll also hear from Marc Wildfang, a teacher at Chehalem Elementary who has worked with a team of teachers, parents, and outside organizations to provide hands-on plant experiences for his students.
