Hello and welcome to Christ Talk Canada! I'm your Host Pastor Michael, We are now on Episode 26. Today, we'll be exploring the topic of the Cost of Discipleship. As believers, it's not enough to simply believe in Jesus Christ; or to simply say we are Christians. We must commit to obeying His commands and following His example. We must bear fruit showing those around us and the World that Jesus Christ Himself Lives and Breaths within us.

Jesus Christ said This, "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me" (Luke 9:23, NKJV).

However, the path of discipleship is not an easy one, as it requires us to surrender everything and embrace a life of humility, selflessness, and sacrifice. But in following Jesus, we discover the true meaning and purpose of our lives and become part of a worldwide community of faith.

Join us today as we explore what it truly means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ and how we can navigate the challenges and opportunities that come with following Him.

The 10 Questions:

1. Do you believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the only way to salvation? (John 14:6)

2. Do you strive to follow Jesus' commands and teachings in your daily life? (John 14:15)

3. Do you regularly read and study the Bible to grow in your faith? (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

4. Do you have a prayer life and communicate with God on a regular basis? (1 Thessalonians 5:17)

5. Do you regularly attend church and fellowship with other believers? (Hebrews 10:25)

6. Do you strive to love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength, and love your neighbor as yourself? (Mark 12:30-31)

7. Do you have a heart for serving others and spreading the gospel to the world? (Matthew 28:19-20)

8. Do you prioritize living a life of humility, obedience, and selflessness? (Philippians 2:3-4)

9. Do you strive to maintain a pure heart and avoid sinful behavior? (1 Peter 1:14-16)

10. Do you regularly examine yourself and confess your sins to God? (1 John 1:9)
