In this episode, Sara has a conversation with Marsha Vanwynsberghe and Sue Ruhe. The Founders and Queens of the Everybody Has A Story space. With not only an incredible podcast but up and coming book that will be hitting the presale shelves very very soon.

Everybody holds a story was originally Sue's going to be a solo book but after many ongoing health battles, Sue began helping Marsha through myofascial release and shortly after the podcast was born followed by the new book. Sue discusses the importance of tapping into our own bodies and listening to what our bodies are telling us.

  1. There are no words to describe how sharing their stories through authorship have not only been pivotal in helping other but have impacted and changed and healed their own lives in ways that both Marsha and Sue never saw possible
  2. You are always growing and changing and you cannot get to the next step without continually trying and attempting new things. The Everybody Holds a Story universe was born out of difficult situations that both Sue and Marsha were experiencing individually and while supporting each other.
  3. After sharing their stories in print they gained the courage to step forward and do things that they never thought possible for them.

Meet the Host:

Sara Glendenning is the founder of Sara Hope Podcast Productions, Host of Path to Me Podcast, and author. After being diagnosed with a learning disability at a young age, Sara began hiding from the world, afraid of not being capable or worthy of achieving her dreams. After realizing her worth, Sara now knows how competent she is. Sara now genuinely believes she can live the life of her dreams, that it was only herself that was holding her back. She has made it her mission to inspire others to overcome the fear of others' judgment but mostly themselves. To ultimately show up as their true selves and live the life of their dreams.
