For a minute there I thought they were really going to fight a goat, the squatting part really went over my head. Sounds like some states really took the saying "squatters rights" literally, although it was a minimum of 20 years for it to take effect but still. Although it sounded like miscommunication between the 2 parties but was really surprised with the final verdict. Good episode explaining the law and how it turned out. Hope for more episodes like these that venturing into the lesser known laws in different states.

ATTN: FINISH THE STORY. Obviously they should have gotten together and worked something and it appeared the they started down that road with offer to pay to move the fence and her course of action was based on not receiving any communication.
