Another keynote speaker has been announced for Podcast Movement, and he has a TV deal because of his podcast.

Aaron Mahnke, host of the very popular podcast Lore, has been announced to be a keynote speaker at Podcast Movement 2017.

In Lore's first year the show was downloaded 12 million times, but by March of 2017 the show had jumped from 12 million its first year to 55 million its second year.

Lore recently made headlines because of a television deal with Amazon. The show is set to release with 10 episodes for the first season and is set to relase later this year.

But this isn't the only thing to come from Aaron's podcast, he also signed a book deal with Del Ray/Random House for a Lore book series, because as Aaron explains,

"...these stories belong on your shelves, not just in your ears"

And as Billy Mays would say, "but wait, there's more" Aaron also has taken the podcast on the road for a live tour.

With all the deals and plans for Lore in its third year of production, it doesn't seem this podcast is slowing down in any way. Clearly Mahnke has managed to take his podcast from successful to extremely successful.

Needless to say Aaron Mahnke is absolutely one of the prime candidates to speak on the world of podcasting at Podcast Movement this year, and I am personally excited to hear what he has to say.
