Hello lovelies, happy Monday. I trust our latest dose of Wakeup Monday finds you well? This weeks episode was a hard one to record and listen back to, because I get up and personal about some of my struggles I been through in life.

Last week I touched on the subject of archetypes and how they affect our lives and how they affected mine.

This week I want to touch on how they created wounds in my life and how they helped me survive my childhood wounds, were very helpful for me when I was a young boy, but not so helpful when I grew into a man.

Some of the topics I share here might be hard for some to listen to and that's okay. I know from talking to men around the world and working with them, I am not the only one who has gone through what I went through.
