In this episode I interview Kat Amey, Kat is a yoga teacher and wellness practitioner who helps people create a simple yoga practice that is sustainable and enjoyable. Helping them to focus on not just the physical side of yoga but also on what it can look like off the mat. In her teachings she uses additional tools such as journaling and meditation to help her clients take their yoga off the mat and into their everyday life.
