This week we are back with our 4th and final episode in our nutrition series featuring, Brittney Neunzig, a certified holistic nutritionist and paraplegic. Join us as she talks about eating for bladder health.

Brittney talks about the 4 R's: Remove foods that irritate your bladder, Repair the bladder wall that could be irritated after chronic infections (she tells us about some natural remedies to help with this), Reinforce your immune system to fight bacteria, and Repelling bacteria from sticking to your bladder wall using natural supplements and remedies. Brittney says, if you have an active infection to use 1 component from each of the 4 R's. Hydration is the most important factor in preventing UTI's so drink up!
