In this episode I dive deep into what the heck it means to say you need to have a Hook, Story & Offer with every piece of marketing you put out. You know what this means if I were to say "sell me a book" you would come up with a nice title hook sentence and a story of why you wrote the book and then the offer is for me to buy the book. Great ! but what about if you are a real estate agent??I believe this has been the most challenging to explain to agents - what is my offer they ask? I ask? what is my story, what do you mean story? what is my hook? I mean we well homes, how does all this hook story offer stuff relate to my business, to me? and how can I be different, stand out, be someone who has so much value in the real estate industry that there is no question customers will want to use me and become my client.
