He founded Linneman Associates, a leading real estate advisory firm, and currently serves as CEO of American Land Fund and CEO of KL Realty and has advised leading corporations and sat on numerous public and private boards. Peter’s academic career centered around The University of Chicago and the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, his book Real Estate Finance and Investments: Risks and Opportunities in now on it's fourth edition, and he still distributes the Linneman Letter report.
