From the moment we wake we are in control of how we feel that’s the awareness we give credence to the way our day will go of course accept for the free radicals that’s out of our control like accidents and unseen events but for the most part we are able to decide from moment to moment if I want to get upset handle that in a positive or negative way or both we have the option now we also understand there is a time and place for everything sometimes you might have to verbally or physically back someone up but however if we find ourselves doing that all the time then that’s when we need to take a look at our actions
