Join Paul Vincent as he reimagines health and fitness. There is so much noise in this industry it is hard to know who to listen to. Paul calls on his past successes training professional athletes and Hollywood A-listers, to discuss the framework that is responsible for us achieving or failing our health and fitness programs. This podcast is not about forcing new diets or workouts on you. It’s about figuring out how to live your life the way you want to and having health and fitness as a byproduct of that lifestyle. We need to remove the burden of getting in shape and all the guilt and stress that surrounds it. Paul’s objective is to give a clear perspective on healthy living - as a lifestyle, not a fad.
