And that is okay because no one has ever been through something like this, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't stop talking about the industry we love.

My friend Andrew the founder of ThinkUncommon.com who works with some of the world's largest retail organizations to manage their growth, and when we got to talking about the future of retail, we both agreed that the best way to approach this is to very simply....talk about it.
