This week's episode is something a little out of the ordinary, sharing my experience with plant medicine has been something I wanted to share but just wanted to make sure I was able to provide you with the science behind it rather than me just talking about my experience. so that's why I brought Alysa AKA @yourwellnessbestie on to give you all the details.


I know cannabis isn't legal all over the world and I'm definitely not recommending you break the law but all I ask is that you have an open mind and get curious with us. 

I was someone that used to look at cannabis and think it was a terrible thing, I even had a warped perception of how people used it but like anything, it's the actions of a few that seem to ruin it for everyone.

Cannabis has truly saved my life, it's given me my life back. I want to change the perception of the cannabis industry and show you that you have other safe options out there than medications that also have crazy side effects.
