I’m Lindsay Kaye Johnson, soon to be Markmann...once COVID allows for life to open back up, and my fiancé and I to fly to Italy to celebrate “us!” I am a Clinical Registered Dietitian, Fitness Nutrition Expert and Corrective Exercise Specialist working in the medical field with my patients. I am a survivor of the eating disorder Anorexia Nervosa and comorbidity of Generalized Anxiety Disorder/potentially struggled with BPD.
