Established in 2005 by Brett Gregory, Serious Feather is a UK-based independent film and media production house.

Raised on a working-class council estate in Nottinghamshire throughout the 1970s and 1980s, Brett is a former lecturer in Film Sudies, Cultural Studies and Media Production who has been writing, directing and producing films in Manchester for 20 years.

His filmography includes the music documentaries 'Iceland: Beyond Sigur Rós' (2010), 'Manchester: Beyond Oasis' (2012), 'Liverpool: Beyond The Beatles' (2015), and his critically acclaimed, multi-award winning working-class feature film, 'Nobody Loves You and You Don't Deserve to Exist' (2022).

From December 2022 he was the UK Desk for the weekly arts and culture radio show, Arts Express, on WBAI 99.5 FM in New York. In February 2024 he was then appointed as an Associate Editor for the UK arts, culture and politics website, Culture Matters.
