I get the honor to be the first to ever go on a ZOOM with Jazz! She is someone that I saw all over TV and Netflix and I resonated with her not just through food but also her upbringing and cultural background.  

When I got the chance to go eat at Jitlada in LA, I was so amazed at how welcoming and "homey" it felt and they treated me like family rather than a guest. That is how I met Jazz and how we have grown to develop a friendship I really am lucky to have.  It is no surprise that we did this podcast in her house during her daughters baby shower and family party. I wouldn't have had it any other way.
