This is a really well done actual play podcast! The storytelling is great, the cast is laid back and rolls with the punches. The characters they've created are fun and ridiculous in the best way possible and grow on you more and more each episode. Ron the DM has a great balance of raw and the rule of cool, which encourages the players to really reach for new heights.

Having never had the opportunity (or community) to play D&D, this is a real gem. The engery & commitment to story telling (and chemistry of the group) is top notch. Ron, the DM, is very knowledgeable and fun and always brings his A game. This podcast is one of the highlights of my week and I always look forward to the next episode to see what happens in the story. "Pardon my elvish, but... What the <bleep>?" 10/10 highly recommend.

I'm a big fan of powerful cover art and Severed Sons' is beautiful and evocative. I love the passion in the hosts' voice for the subject matter and it's clear that he cares for his listeners!
