Karin has over 20 years of international work experience as a management consultant and coach in Europe, North America, East and Southeast Asia. Since 2017 she is located in Tokyo and joined Kay Group Asia as a partner and executive coach. Her work is currently focused on supporting Japanese leaders to develop their skill set for the future.
Join as we discuss the current styles of leadership in Japan, about how the lack of their diversity could impede them from leading in global companies. We also touch on women in leadership, the hardships they have to face to be accepted in these roles and also about the cultural beliefs that are ingrained in society.
