Full time fierce is a female leadership program which focuses on female inequalities and campaigns to change that. The program is youth lead, making it unique in its approach. Part of the program is our smashing the hierarchy podcast. The young people write questions and interview female leaders and new voices. It's a great opportunity for young women to meet other inspirational females and create connections. The women we interview are from all walks of life. A group of powerful diverse women means other young women will be able to relate to someone on the podcast.
