On Episode 24 of Southern Live Gumbo, I discuss why I've been gone off the air for 2 months and why it was something that was mandatory to take care of. We discuss the notion of preparing for change and the importance of losing purpose. 

We discuss Naomi Osaka and her battle with Mental Health and the problems we all have with dealing with expectations at work and at home. 

Lastly we discuss the plight of the Sports Fan and the reason we feel so empowered to do things that never show positive for the teams we root for, but only shine negative lights on the perpetrators.
