Having struggled with her own eating, food, weight and body image challenges, Anne Founded Shaping Perspectives, A Woman’s Way to Joy (https://shapingperspectives.com/) and decided to write the book "The Body Joyful: My Journey from Self-Loathing to Self-Acceptance" to share with a new, more compassionate way to think, act and live (with the help of her pioneering work with Body Neutrality).

Anne's mission is to support, encourage and inspire women of all sizes, shapes and to say 'no to diets', 'reject society’s thin ideal' and heal from diet culture. She helps women feel more comfortable and confident in their own bodies and selves, so they know their true worth.

Knowing women need a non-judgmental safe space to be heard, seen and understood, Anne created a private Facebook community called The Body Joyful Revolution. Together where we strive to reduce body shaming, bullying, weight stigmatization, disordered eating and prevent life-threatening eating disorders.
