Description

Founder of Stretch Mobility Coach™ and Creator of The Stretch Method®

Kim Nartker is a healthy movement pioneer who spent more than 20 years studying how the body moves only to discover the truth most of us were never taught: stiffness and tightness are not aging. They are the first signs that your joints are silently losing mobility.

After decades of working inside traditional healthcare Kim realized there was a massive gap between what the system treated and what people actually needed. Science clearly showed a different story about joint mobility muscle health and the nervous system yet no clinical model addressed it.

So she built one.

Through years of research testing and hands on work with thousands of clients Kim developed the Mobility Health Assessment™ the first comprehensive testing protocol designed to identify joints that are in decline long before pain shows up. She discovered what she now calls the Silent Shutdown Cycle™ the silent progressive shutdown of the system that controls the way you move. This cycle is the root cause of the tightness stiffness and soreness that millions silently struggle with.

Today Kim teaches people that tightness is not normal aging. It is a signal. Pain shows up last. By the time you hurt the damage is already done. But when you test for it early and unlock it everything changes.

Her mission is simple:

To help people unlock their joint mobility build the muscle to support it and move like they did 10 years ago.

Kim also created the 5 Drivers of Healthy Movement™ the solution framework that addresses joint health muscle health cellular health nutrition and nervous system health. These five drivers are the foundation that must be in place for fitness strength and recovery to actually work.

On this podcast Kim brings her expertise her honesty and her passion for healthy movement to help you understand what is really happening inside your body and what you can do about it today.

And for movement professionals who want to change lives the way she does Kim offers the Stretch Mobility Coach™ Certification a complete training pathway rooted in The Stretch Method® that teaches providers how to test unlock and maintain healthy movement in their own clients.

Move Like You Did 10 Years Ago.
