Strong Arguments has a new co-host, Angelo Gala fo EDX Crossfit outside of Boulder Colorado! I couldn't be happier that he wants to bring his vast experience and expertise to the show. For our first interview we talked to the legendary coach Steve Hess. He was a staple on TV with his mass of dreadlocks in every shot of the Denver Nuggets games for the last 20 years. Not only was he the first Strength and Conditioning coach for the Nuggets, but also one of the first in the league, ushering in an era of strength training for the pro's. He is now extending his career as the chief performance officer of the Panorama Wellness and Sports Institute, catering to athletes and citizens of Denver.
