SALTcasts, like podcasts, are a series of digital audio files anyone can access through the internet and listen to on any electronic device. Leadership is a topic of growing discussion these days, and the focus of SALTcasts is leadership and leadership development in the home, world, and church. The situation surrounding leadership in these three areas has reached a critical level. Relevant Christian resources are limited. At Sunset, we are aware of the challenges and the crisis that exists. SALTcasts are one avenue by which we plan to address leadership in these areas. Leaders deal with numerous challenges as they seek to fulfill their God-given role. The design of SALTcasts is to promote open discussions related to leadership topics where questions are answered by men with both educational and experiential expertise in leadership and leadership development. Through SALTcasts, we will dig more deeply into the leadership arena by asking questions relevant to the current issues of biblical leadership in the twenty-first century.
