This week I chat with Tabitha, whose history of depression and anxiety brought new challenges and frustrations during perimenopause. We talk about keeping yourself sane and the lack of joined up thinking when it comes to mental health and menopause. 

Tabitha is a chef who runs her own catering business, Bird Food, based in West Sussex. She has 3 children, 2 dogs and 1 cat!
