Today I am joined by Jaimie Sarah an Executive Coach and Client Attraction Expert. 

She has suffered from depression and anxiety at several points in her life, and her own struggle with entrepreneurial loneliness has inspired her to develop new offerings to bring together entrepreneurs in London to improve this problem as it's something very close to her heart.

We will both be sharing our own experiences of loneliness, how we coped and what you can do to help yourself in those times of feeling alone.
