Hello, epic wells and beauties! How have you all been doing?
I’m back with the second installment of my three-part series on I’m still honestly super hungover from all the information I learned during that three-day event, and I’m still organizing all my notes and action plans. I hope you guys find what I share with you helpful in your own journey!
So without further ado, here are my epic takeaways from Day 2!
Day 2 Speakers
Jordan Harbinger
He’s all about networking and becoming a charming human being!
I learned so much from Jordan’s speech? Why? Because I resonated so much with his purpose. I mean, here at the Art of Epic Wellness, I’m all about connection. Connection, as I said, is what makes us human. During his talk, Jordan emphasized the importance of networking – and he even demonstrated his expertise in the field. So impressive!
If you feel like you’re not good at connecting, worry not! Jordan reminds us to constantly work out that networking muscle over and over again – eventually, you will get better at it! Right on, brother!
Epic points:
Epic quote: “Generosity is the currency of networking.”
Nathan Chan
This dude is young – but don’t let his youth blind you! He’s an epic entrepreneur. What makes him so? Well, for one, he had Richard Branson on the cover of his digital magazine, Foundr. I mean, who does that! Well.. I got the answer: it’s Nathan Chan.
He’s such a driven individual that just hearing him speak sends you into a motivated overdrive state! Nathan reminds us all to put our best foot forward – all the time! He totally blew me away with his wit and what’s great about him is that he takes note of how important DESIGN is in business. Yes! And you all know I am for design and beauty and art!
Epic points:
Epic quote: “ You earn your reputation by doing hard things well.”
Matthew Kimberley
His tagline? “How to sell without selling out!” Wow, makes you really wanna jump into his site, huh?
Matthew is the speaker who got voted to come back this year from Tropical Think Tank 2015. He’s that great at what he does! During his speech, he totally owned the stage. He was using his voice, his hands, his gestures, his entire body to get his message across – and I have to say it was quite impressive and effective! He reminds everyone to become better at what they do – how do you do that? You become a specialist. Be THE ONE people go to for help.
Epic points:
Epic quote: “We’re not afraid of selling; we’re afraid of changing the nature of the relationship.”
