Mindfulness and Meditation are concepts that are passed around a lot in the modern world. So, to provide some clarity, this week's guest is Learning and Development, Culture and Mindfulness Leader, Charles Morris. Working within the corporate world, Charles is fully aware of the importance of pressing pause, taking a break and focusing on breathing.
