On today's episode, Pamela and I share a webinar/live Zoom that we did a couple of weeks ago where we discuss meal prep, our strategies for meal prepping and how it saves us time and energy. We also spent time answering questions from all those who attended.

Meal prep is food organization. A little pre-planning and execution in the beginning goes a long way.

We like meal prep that's easy, simple, and doable. We want it to be fast and stress-free. In many ways, this is the case for us when it comes to eating. We've developed templates that help us eat in a healthy sustainable way.

Some get overwhelmed when thinking about preparing meals and that makes sense. This is why we wanted to create an online course that not only shows people how to meal prep in a fast and healthy way, but also in a way that makes the individual excited about what they are consuming.

Meal prep should add to our lives, not take away from it. Time is our most valuable asset, so we've got to leverage it accordingly.

No one wants to spend hours on minutia and small unimportant details. Within this podcast, as well as our new online course MEAL PREP MASTERCLASS, we're going to give you some tools to help you save time, save money, and enjoy the hell out of the food you prepare for yourself and your family.
