The Brain Scrub is a somewhat improvised look at Mental Health. Our patterns of thinking are created over a lifetime and sometimes that thinking can lead to stress, anxiety, depression and feeling like nothing is going right. Been there, done that. It is now time to move on. My vision is to create a world of peace, connection and love by first, being that within ourselves.
The brain scrub is about knowing that our cluttered brain needs to be scrubbed once in a while so that we can break out of what is not working in life so that we can have greater control over our present and future. I will be sharing my story, experiences, tools and expertise in helping you clean things up so you can live your best life.
I am not an expert and am a leadership trainer, consultant coach and spent the last 15 years on a self-awareness journey. I will share with you what I practice. Please seek professional help to deal with trauma, depression, personality disorders, etc.
