“Is Agile Manifesto still a thing, or are we straying away from it?”
Two decades ago, a group of software developers proposed a new developing software that gave birth to the “Agile Manifesto.” Over time these principles became a game-changer in the business world and have helped people seek continuous improvement. Now that we’re in the technological revolution phase, there have been ongoing debates on whether or not we should still use the Agile Manifesto as our guide in moving forward, or is it time to move on?
To clear out the air, we’re pulling in industry expert Peter Lie, the Head of Business Agility and Consulting Practice at CGI. His talk for today will be divided into three parts which are the following: The Agile Manifesto 2.0, Agile Culture, and Psychological Safety. He’s an ace to everything agile. So make sure to grab a drink before listening to this episode because this will be a long (but fun) one.
