269 The mindset of motivation: How to work internal and external motivation with Don Silver

Intrepid Entrepreneur, Educator, Uncomplicator, Empowerer, Inspirer and Visionary – Don Silver assist budding entrepreneurs in their search for their own magic sparkly dust and becoming their own mystical creatures. He Entrepreneurism and out of the box thinking really goes  back to his elementary school days where he fully discovered how different he thought compared to the rest of the class. Yes, they put him in the “smart kids” group and left him alone to figure it out. Always a precocious student, the end of public school happened mid-year in his senior year of high school and it was on to college in the spring.

The next twenty some years saw him in the service (USAF) and in a few management training programs and working his way up in the computer industry (hardware maintenance from a toolkit to a directorship) and finally, believe it or not, into retail sales of home electronics. Working for the good guys gave Don insights into business that he hadn’t ever experienced and it also brought someone into his circle who has since become his business partner, Chris.

GOAL: 

His big goal is to help more people, helping then stop stalling and achieve.

ACTION STEPS:

A primary way which he is accomplishing this goal is by doing Internet marketing training with his wife
