Clark Howard Show where our mission is to

0:09

serve you and empower you so you make

0:12

better financial decisions in your life. One

0:14

way we're available to serve you is

0:17

through the Team Clark Consumer Action Center

0:19

where you can get free one-on-one

0:21

advice from a member of Team Clark

0:24

available to you 30 hours each

0:26

week. You can see how

0:29

to get that at clark.com/ CAC.

0:33

In this episode, I want to know

0:35

how do you feel about ads that

0:37

follow you around everywhere. Surprisingly,

0:41

polling shows a lot of Americans

0:44

not only have gotten used to it,

0:46

they actually like it. And

0:50

I want to tell you something else. TVs

0:53

are even figuring out how

0:55

to send us ads directly

0:57

focused on us. That's something that

1:00

is going to freak some people

1:02

out even if you

1:04

think ads following you around on the internet

1:07

is okay. Later, I've

1:09

got some really great news for

1:11

teens looking for

1:14

jobs for the rest of

1:16

spring and certainly this summer.

1:19

It is a great time to

1:21

be a teen looking for work. So

1:25

ads following you around is

1:27

something that we've talked about a

1:30

lot about incognito browsing, private

1:34

browsing, whatever. When

1:36

you're on the internet, Google,

1:39

as I shared with you a few weeks

1:41

ago, got in trouble is

1:43

having to pay restitution for

1:45

having pretended that

1:47

people's searching was private

1:50

when they were in incognito mode but

1:52

then actually continuing to spy

1:54

on them. And now that

1:56

data is being wiped out and all that. where

2:00

you turn like I just alluded to the

2:02

TVs, you are

2:04

being tracked and what

2:06

you watch, what you read, what

2:09

you do. My wife as

2:11

I shared with you like two months

2:14

ago was trying an

2:16

experiment because she uses Instagram

2:18

a lot and you

2:20

know Instagram is following everything you

2:22

do everywhere. So she

2:24

was talking about something that

2:26

made nonsense. We're just talking

2:29

about something to see

2:31

if ads would start popping

2:33

up for what she was talking about, meaning

2:35

that they were listening to just regular conversation

2:38

in the room. And either

2:40

it's a coincidence or even

2:42

your voice just routinely in

2:44

a conversation is being tracked.

2:47

Sure enough, in not that

2:49

many minutes ads started popping up for

2:52

what she was talking about. This

2:54

kind of thing is kind

2:56

of freaky about what's

2:59

going on and with the

3:01

TVs being able to

3:03

track you. This is why Walmart

3:05

bought Vizio so they

3:07

could track and serve ads. The

3:10

TVs are doing so Roku is

3:12

actually testing a

3:14

technology where when your

3:17

TV is idle

3:19

but on it will

3:21

be able to continue to

3:23

serve you ads that are focused and

3:26

targeted towards you. And this

3:29

was sent to us by a listener

3:31

named Doug in South Carolina, an article

3:34

about what Roku is doing to

3:37

be able to serve these ads. So

3:40

when you live a digital

3:42

existence and you're

3:44

on your smartphone and you're

3:46

watching a smart TV, all

3:49

these things are tracking

3:51

what you do and what

3:54

you're interested in and

3:56

they are going to provide you

3:58

these hyper targeted ads. My

4:01

feeling is I felt years

4:04

ago when this first

4:06

started happening and I'm

4:08

going back into the era of

4:10

the dinosaurs when we had dial-up

4:12

internet and there was the tracking

4:15

going on and if

4:17

you're a longtime listener you know Krista

4:19

and I used internet

4:21

services we got for

4:24

free in return for being

4:26

served ads based on what

4:29

websites we were going to and

4:31

that was like the first thing but we

4:34

did it in return for free. Right

4:36

and even before that want to go

4:39

back to more dinosaur days and the

4:41

days of long-distance charges and pay phones.

4:44

Oh the freeway phone service, what's it called?

4:46

Freeway? Freeway, you'd listen to ads and then

4:48

you could have a long-distance call for a

4:50

certain amount of time. So when you signed

4:52

up with Freeway you had to

4:54

answer a bunch of questions about your interests

4:56

and things like that and you know you

4:59

like this sporty you don't like that or

5:01

you like this kind of movie or whatever

5:03

music and then you would listen to ads

5:06

that were 15 seconds long and

5:09

you listened to as many ads as you wanted

5:12

and every ad got you two free

5:14

minutes of long-distance. The worst

5:16

was when you thought you might be

5:18

doing a 20-minute call and so

5:21

you listen to 10 15-second

5:23

ads and then the call

5:25

would be busy or

5:27

they didn't answer and you listened to all

5:29

those ads and got no free minutes out

5:31

of it. So you and I have always

5:34

made this cost benefit between

5:37

the use of something getting

5:39

it for free long distance,

5:41

the internet dial-up whatever and

5:45

giving up privacy certainly

5:47

and time with the with

5:49

the freeway calling. Today

5:52

this is happening to us

5:54

and what are we getting for it? In

5:57

many cases we're not getting anything. Or you have

5:59

to pay for it. pay to not have

6:01

ads like YouTube. Well,

6:04

you're talking about for programming. But I'm talking about

6:06

the tracking. Right, the tracking on the web. I

6:08

know, but I'm just saying like that's what everything's

6:10

turning to. You have to pay to not be.

6:13

So if you think about it's funny when

6:16

something seems good and when it seems bad,

6:18

having to pay to not be spied

6:20

on or instead to get

6:23

something free and saying you can be

6:25

spied on. It's funny how you

6:27

and I were both like, yeah, spy

6:30

on us, give us something for free.

6:32

But then the same idea for me

6:34

of paying to not be spied on,

6:38

when you put it the opposite way it feels

6:40

funny to me. But the reality is we

6:42

are being spied on

6:45

all over the place and

6:47

it is clearly an invasion

6:50

of privacy. And I

6:52

have to say, I'm kind of with some of

6:54

the people who say they don't mind the tracked

6:56

ads or in my case cookies. I

6:58

do allow cookies on sites that I go to

7:00

a lot because I wanted to remember who

7:02

I am. I wanted to have my login.

7:05

I allow certain things like that and I

7:07

don't mind it certain sites

7:09

tracking me. So I'm willing

7:11

to do it in some cases and you

7:13

do get search ads that are more

7:15

in line. It's like some site has

7:17

like horrible ads I don't want to see. I

7:20

don't mind it that much. Well, our

7:22

first question is based on the

7:25

consequences of all the tracking that

7:27

goes on. All right. Deborah

7:29

in Alabama says, please let me know what

7:31

is involved in the Roku breach and what

7:33

do I need to do? So

7:35

this is Roku's second breach of

7:38

late that they know of and

7:41

it is a breach

7:43

that affected by the

7:45

latest telling I've seen 550,000 Roku users

7:47

and they have the most dangerous information

7:55

they may have is if

7:57

you buy programming through...

8:00

Roku and there's a

8:02

credit card stored there and

8:04

a criminal uses your credentials, they

8:07

could be buying programming and

8:09

charging it to your credit card.

8:12

This breach seems that that's the

8:14

greatest vulnerability. So if you

8:16

have a Roku device and

8:19

you have purchase programming at some

8:21

point, a subscription to this

8:24

other streaming service or whatever through

8:26

the Roku platform, that's

8:28

your greatest Deborah. So

8:31

you want to look really closely each

8:33

month moving forward. I always tell you

8:35

look at your credit card statements every

8:37

month, especially important right

8:39

now with whatever credit

8:41

card you used

8:43

on the Roku platform because

8:46

that's the gold that the criminals are

8:48

looking for. They may also having access

8:50

to that use that credit

8:52

card for online shopping and other

8:55

things. And so

8:57

that is the key

8:59

vulnerability as to who

9:02

the half million plus

9:04

people are who were

9:06

breached in this Roku.

9:09

I don't know if they've informed

9:12

individuals yet. I

9:14

have Roku as a platform.

9:16

I've received no communication and

9:19

it takes a while for

9:21

those letters to come out. So

9:23

I think every Roku user should

9:25

assume that they are one of the

9:27

breach victims from the first breach or this

9:30

more recent breach and monitor

9:32

that credit card really

9:35

closely. Matthew in Tennessee

9:37

says a family friend received a

9:39

terrifying scare today. This reminded

9:42

me of what you talked about just last

9:44

week with the AI voice cloning. While

9:46

her seven-year-old daughter was supposed to be at

9:48

a friend's house, she received a call from

9:50

her daughter screaming and crying, help mommy, the

9:53

bad man has me and they're hurting me.

9:55

My friend was terrified but when her daughter

9:58

kept repeating herself, she realized that as

10:00

it must be AI hung up and

10:02

confirmed her daughter was safe at her

10:04

friend's house. But

10:06

she's a nervous wreck now of course. She's

10:09

not a famous a rich person and

10:11

she keeps her socials private yet these

10:13

monsters perfectly cloned her daughter's voice, found

10:16

her phone number and knew when she was out

10:18

of the house that's terrifying. I've

10:20

heard this scam before and I've seen it growing

10:23

more and more as AI takes over the world

10:25

and as the tech gets better, it will be

10:27

even harder to tell if it's a computer. Is

10:29

there nothing we can do? Is this just like

10:32

robocalls something to expect from now on? At

10:34

least for a while and this is I mean

10:37

how cruel an individual

10:39

would be behind this that

10:42

would create that kind of

10:44

visceral fear in a parent

10:46

of a precious seven-year-old child?

10:50

Yuck. So terrifying. So

10:53

this is unfortunately a wave

10:56

that is coming and

10:58

you need to know that any call

11:00

of desperation you get from

11:03

what appears to be or sounds to be a

11:06

loved one, a friend,

11:08

a grandchild, a child, whatever,

11:10

you got to know that today it's

11:13

all about creating the sense

11:15

of urgency and

11:17

the sense of visceral fear so

11:20

that you will do exactly what

11:22

you're told to do by the

11:24

purported criminal who supposedly is kidnapped the

11:26

individual or that they're in the hospital

11:29

or in a wreck or whatever and

11:31

you're going to have to before you take

11:34

that next leap of giving

11:37

money, sending money, whatever,

11:39

buying the gift cards for

11:41

them and giving them the codes off

11:44

of them, you're going to have to

11:46

independently verify this bad event has

11:48

occurred. Many times it will be as

11:50

simple as making a phone call to

11:53

that individual who supposedly is in trouble

11:55

and they'll answer and say, hi,

11:58

why are you calling today? whatever

12:00

because almost always I mean

12:02

people can get a phone

12:05

call about a tragedy or

12:07

a terrible circumstance or something as awful

12:09

as a kidnapping but kidnapping is extremely

12:11

rare almost always and

12:14

with the aid of AI these are going

12:17

to be scamsters creating a

12:19

false scenario to try to steal your

12:21

money. Yeah Matthew I mean

12:24

the only thing I could suggest is families

12:26

especially have like a secret code word that

12:28

you share with everyone and if it's really you

12:30

you know the code word I mean I've decided

12:33

to do that with my extended family. Really?

12:35

In case there's ever an emergency. Yeah. That's

12:37

a really smart idea. Thank you. Okay

12:39

Mike in Ohio says I received a notice

12:41

of a proposed settlement resulting from the real

12:44

estate commission settlement. The mailing assigns a

12:46

unique ID and provides a website to

12:48

file a claim. The website is real

12:50

estate commission litigation.com. While the website seems

12:52

to be legitimate I was not able

12:54

to find anything online about it. When

12:56

I saw Zell was listed as an

12:58

option for receiving payment I knew exactly

13:00

who to ask. Get

13:03

your money another way but Zell this

13:05

is the legit site from

13:07

one of the lawsuits involving

13:09

the collusion of

13:11

price fixing of commissions in the

13:13

real estate industry and

13:16

so restitution is

13:18

coming to people in certain

13:21

classes who purchased or sold to

13:23

home in a period of time

13:26

and more often it's for the seller.

13:28

This is a legitimate thing just

13:31

don't use big bad Zell as

13:33

the platform to get your money because

13:35

you actually want to get the money and

13:38

not have to worry about what other terrible

13:40

things could happen using Zell.

13:43

If you're new listening to our podcast

13:45

and you don't know all the problems

13:47

with Zell just go to any

13:49

search engine you use and put in Zell and

13:52

the word scam next to it or

13:54

scams and you'll see that

13:56

the banks in fear

13:59

of non-bank The actors. Set

14:01

something up without thinking through.

14:04

How. To protect their bank

14:06

customers. Zell is

14:08

like a trojan horse. To

14:10

your bank account. That makes it

14:13

so easy for criminals to steal

14:15

your money. But the real estate.

14:18

Commission. Settlements are real,

14:20

but any. Vote. Is

14:22

you get you want to do? Just.

14:24

What we're talking about here like my you want to.

14:27

Do third party verification? Bit.

14:29

A website that is writing you

14:32

or the whether you're receiving of

14:34

the email you receives. Is. Woods

14:36

Yet? From. A real. Settlement.

14:39

And. That somebody trying to steal your

14:41

money says you think about what Sectors

14:44

L example. If. You file

14:46

at a fake website. And. You've

14:48

given. I'm your information. Those.

14:51

Use it to steal money from

14:53

you instead a deposit money to

14:55

you. And that's the

14:57

scary thing for sure. Coming

15:00

up ahead. Oh talk about

15:02

something really great. And

15:04

that's the prospects for jobs

15:06

for teens. The. Rest of

15:08

this spring and this summer. Passed.

15:12

Out for. Apple

15:19

daily cash on every purchase every day.

15:21

That's three percent on your favorite products

15:23

that Apple, two percent on all other

15:25

Apple Cart with Apple Pay purchases, and

15:27

one percent on anything you by with

15:29

15:31

15:34

how much you can earn. Applecart issued

15:36

by Goldman Sachs Bank Usa Salt Lake

15:38

City branch subject to credit approval terms

15:40

apply. So. There

15:42

are a lot of retailers that.

15:45

Specialize. In getting. Money.

15:48

Out a teenagers. And.

15:50

Of these web sites are all

15:52

reporting all these. Retailers. In

15:55

their online or physical. Are.

15:58

Generally reporting bad say. Numbers

16:00

for the most recent quarter to

16:02

Wall Street. Because. Teens

16:05

are spending less money. Teens are

16:07

spending less money because. In

16:09

the United States they only a

16:11

third of teens have their own

16:13

job, so. The. Bank they

16:15

go to is the Bank of Mom and Dad.

16:18

And. Lot of parents

16:20

are feeling more financial stress.

16:23

From. The after effects of inflation?

16:25

there's as much allowance or

16:27

mom can I have twenty

16:29

bucks. And the thing going

16:31

on? there's not as much.

16:33

Money. Flowing from parents to kids

16:36

right now. Which. Means that

16:38

there's a to for benefit here.

16:41

Cause. A Team. Has.

16:43

The best prospects ever.

16:46

Ever. In. My lifetime.

16:49

Together job right now and one

16:51

that pays well. You know,

16:54

When. I was sixteen. I

16:56

worked in a warehouse and I made

16:58

a dollar sixty an hour. So.

17:01

I went on one of those

17:03

inflation calculators to see what's that

17:05

would equate to in today's dollars.

17:08

And was twelve dollars. Thirty three

17:10

cents an hour. To

17:12

day a team to go out

17:14

and earn more than that. Said.

17:17

They were years the teens were

17:19

earning that the minimum wage in

17:21

some states, even below the federal

17:23

minimum wage. Today, That's

17:25

Not happening. Scenes. Can

17:28

earn Oh really good our

17:30

really well. As any

17:32

of a number of possible jobs. And

17:35

a lot of jobs that rely

17:37

on scenes. Like last

17:39

summer, they were begging for workers

17:42

I could not fill positions. To.

17:44

So many teens are not

17:46

working. This. Is a real

17:48

opportunity for you as a teen. it's

17:50

you want to work. And

17:52

so have your own spending money. And

17:55

remember this if things are tight for

17:57

your parents. Assess of guilty.

18:00

If. Things are tight financially for your

18:02

parents. Go. On your own money,

18:05

Go. Do It. Be. Advantage of

18:07

you getting work experience under your

18:09

belt. And. Understanding what

18:11

it's like to be on the other

18:14

side is an employee. And

18:16

understand. In. A work environment.

18:18

Your. Workplace to see. You'll get lessons

18:21

about how not to treat people.

18:23

You'll get lessons how to treat

18:25

people. As somebody else, I

18:27

find that is a real benefit when

18:29

a teen words a job. Almost.

18:31

Always this can be a service jobs. I can

18:33

be like me working in a warehouse. You're

18:36

going to see. How. Other

18:38

people behave as customers. And

18:41

it was potentially change how you think

18:43

about it when you're a customer. And.

18:46

How you'd wanna be treated as

18:48

an employee. But. You in

18:50

turn. Will remember that when you're on

18:52

the other side of the equation. As

18:54

a customer. But. The money. To.

18:57

Be really good at me. Sassy to

18:59

be California good where the minimum you're

19:01

likely to make his twenty bucks an

19:03

hour. But. Fifteen is totally

19:06

within reach this summer. If.

19:08

You wanna get a jump? Go out

19:10

there and get something now. And

19:13

earlier you do it, the more opportunities

19:15

there are. the more wide open the

19:17

job market is. So. Two

19:20

thirds the teens. Aren't. Work And

19:22

right now. Join. That third,

19:24

that is because I'm Italia.

19:26

Employers need you. Do.

19:28

It I have both been about. Our.

19:30

Kids working his teens oh yeah for served

19:33

by my son and forcing was working at

19:35

my gym which diskless of cities looking for

19:37

a new jobs are up and to the

19:39

second that. Uncle Clark

19:41

can encourage him. I will encourage him.

19:44

Ross in South Carolina says hi Chris

19:46

and Clark. You both mention that use

19:48

Swab as your main bank of choice.

19:50

In the past I recall Clark saying

19:53

that Navy Cetera was his top. Choice

19:55

for using a checking account. Maybe it was

19:57

for lane. Or. in the context of

19:59

his family being a Navy federal family. That

20:02

info was a little bit blurry for me. The interest

20:04

rate of .45% interest at Schwab seems

20:07

better compared to the tiers of Navy's

20:09

flagship checking. Just curious if your perspective

20:11

has changed on where to hold money

20:13

in a checking account. So I do

20:16

have a Navy federal, gosh,

20:18

I've got credit card, two

20:20

CDs, money market

20:23

account, checking account, I've

20:26

got all these things. And

20:28

what I do is the Navy

20:31

federal money market account pays

20:34

a much better rate of interest, obviously in

20:36

their checking. So I

20:38

keep minimal amounts of money in the checking

20:40

account. And when I

20:42

need to, I replenish it from

20:44

the money market account. Navy federal

20:47

is a secondary account for us.

20:50

My wife and two of my kids

20:52

are Navy federal. So we found them

20:54

to be a really great place. It's

20:56

the world's largest credit union to

20:59

have banking type stuff.

21:02

But our main activity is at

21:04

Charles Schwab. Stella

21:06

in Georgia says last year I had

21:08

a car accident. Oh, I'm sorry. Yeah, we

21:10

were treated at a hospital. Since that incident, the

21:13

bill has been paid. I have the confirmation

21:15

from the hospital. This week I received a

21:17

bill from a company for over $600, stating

21:21

this is for emergency services provided. Wait a

21:23

minute, almost a year later? Mm-hmm. Emergency

21:25

services provided by the physician on duty.

21:27

They also offered a reduction if I

21:29

would pay early. I assumed my bill

21:32

from the hospital included everything. How do

21:34

I resolve this issue? When I called

21:36

the hospital, the person who answered said

21:38

that they'd deal with this company, but

21:40

my statement said paid in full. Stella,

21:43

you're gonna hate this. Okay, so

21:46

a lot of hospitals are

21:48

farming out different functions, including

21:51

in the emergency room, they

21:53

will staff the emergency

21:56

room doctors from an

21:58

outside firm. Or... a

22:00

contract firm and then you

22:02

get your bill from the hospital

22:04

for hospital services rendered and then

22:06

you also get a bill

22:09

from outside vendors like

22:12

this contractor for

22:14

the emergency room physicians. I

22:17

want to say to you I hope that

22:19

you have fully recovered from the auto accident and

22:22

I don't know from what you said if

22:25

you had coverage for medical

22:29

in your auto insurance policy what

22:31

in many states may be referred to as med

22:33

pay or if you have health

22:35

insurance. In either case

22:38

this bill is for them

22:40

not for you and you

22:43

were due to pay your copay or

22:45

whatever for it if it

22:47

involves insurance. The amount

22:49

built the emergency room

22:52

physician company may

22:54

or may not be if you're in

22:56

a plan where you have in network

22:58

charges out of network charges they may

23:00

not be in your network. However because

23:03

of the no surprises act the

23:06

reason they're offering you a discount

23:08

is the bill will probably be

23:10

crunched down based

23:12

on no surprises. So

23:15

the steps you need to follow first is

23:19

and you know this I don't did

23:22

you have insurance from auto or

23:25

from health insurance who was

23:27

involved in your bills for

23:29

the hospital this would be something

23:31

you submit through that process whichever

23:33

one. Second

23:36

if you don't have insurance this is

23:38

coming back on you then

23:41

you do negotiate that

23:43

bill they're offering you a discount

23:46

because they're worried a year out you

23:48

say I'm not paying. So

23:51

making a deal is what

23:54

you'd want to do if you are a cash payer.

23:57

So they made an opening offer to you of

23:59

a reduction. in the bill, that's

24:01

just an opening offer you now

24:03

can counter. But before you

24:06

pay them anything, again, this is if you're a

24:08

cash payer, before you pay

24:10

them anything, you want to make

24:12

sure you have an email from them or

24:15

a letter saying that payment

24:17

of whatever amount you agree to is

24:20

payment in full for their

24:22

services rendered. Because otherwise, you could pay

24:24

an amount and then later they could

24:27

come back and say, well,

24:30

well, you didn't pay these many

24:32

hundreds of dollars you owe us, so now we're

24:34

coming after you for that too. That's why you

24:36

have to have it in writing

24:38

in some form or fashion, an

24:41

email is just fine too. This

24:43

is from Zach in Texas. Thank

24:45

you so much for all the advice, especially regarding

24:48

how to deal with rental car companies. After

24:50

a business trip to Delaware in February due

24:53

to your warnings, I stayed hyper aware of

24:55

what I agreed to with the car rental

24:57

company and watched my statements closely for any

24:59

charges. Sure enough, a month

25:01

after returning my vehicle, a charge of over $100

25:04

came in through for tolls,

25:07

which those should only have been around $25. I

25:10

tried calling the number provided and was literally

25:12

sent through a loop in the auto attendant.

25:15

I called your consumer action center and was given

25:17

some advice, including a good phone number for the

25:19

company. After calling the good number

25:21

and providing all the information you and your team

25:24

advised, I was reimbursed for the $75. That's

25:27

fantastic. In the past, I may have just

25:29

let this go, but not anymore. Thank you for inspiring

25:32

me to take a little time out of my

25:34

day to avoid getting ripped off by the greedy car

25:36

rental industry. Zach, I mean

25:38

the number of complaints we get about

25:40

car rental companies is by far, by

25:42

far in a way the highest that

25:45

I've ever experienced in

25:47

37 years of doing this. I mean, it

25:50

is crazy what's going on now

25:52

that the car rental industry is

25:54

controlled by three cartels. These

25:57

stray charges just coming out of

25:59

nowhere. is a big

26:01

problem. On the tolls, we've

26:03

talked in the past about

26:05

getting a portable multi-state

26:09

toll reader. If you travel regularly, I

26:12

have one from the Central Florida

26:14

Toll Authority that works in

26:17

almost all states up and down

26:19

the eastern seaboard and now

26:21

more states in the Midwest. And

26:24

so you buy this toll reader and then every

26:26

time you get in a rental car, you

26:29

register it on the app to

26:31

that car's plate or tag. And then

26:33

when you return the vehicle, make sure

26:35

you unregister that

26:38

plate or tag or else you'll be

26:40

paying the next travelers tolls and the

26:42

next one after that and the next

26:44

one after that as we heard from

26:47

several people who've experienced that. But that is

26:49

a way for you to avoid the toll

26:52

ripoff. So having said all

26:54

that about the tolls and the car

26:56

rental industry and you

26:59

know the car rental industry behaving

27:01

badly, all that stuff, I want

27:03

to tell you most time you

27:05

rent a car, everything will go

27:07

fine. You'll return the car. There

27:09

will be no crazy charges. Everything

27:11

I talk about about videoing the

27:13

car before you receive it, before

27:15

you leave the car rental plaza

27:17

with it, videoing it with your

27:19

phone when you come back, taking

27:21

thorough pictures, refusing to leave the

27:23

lot with a car that has

27:25

damage to it, all those

27:28

things. These are preventatives to prevent

27:30

having to fight after the fact.

27:32

The best thing to do is

27:34

prevent a problem from occurring

27:36

or to be able

27:38

to fight back properly when a problem

27:40

does occur and that's why

27:42

you take these precautions

27:44

because it is an industry that

27:47

is looking to abuse your wallet and you

27:49

don't want to let that happen. So

27:52

thank you so much for joining

27:55

us today. Remember what we're about

27:57

for your wallet giving

27:59

you ideas of ways for you to

28:01

save more, spend the last,

28:03

and the boy-standing reptile will continue

28:05

tomorrow.
