I'm afraid of whales, and so should you be. They’re huge. They dominate their domain; a domain in which we don’t belong. That’s at least the core assumption I started with when I engaged co-host Scottie Whitaker, who is my brother-in-law, and Andrew Levin, who is a marine biologist and the CEO of Speak Up for Blue. Scottie and Andrew reacted as do most people  with whom I regale with my whale rhetoric, with scepticism. But after talking about killer whales dining on great white shark livers, I think I may have swayed them and potentially even YOU. We also talked about whether or not urine actually cures jellyfish stings, how awfully rude dolphins are, the major issues of plastics and climate change threatening our oceans, and just how much we don’t know about the great big blue.
