We were in the gym one day in deep conversation about fitness related topics, and decided that a lot of the things we talk about could be incredibly valuable for others.So we decided to sit down, grab a glass of water and record ourselves having these conversations.
This podcast is the result of that. The concept is very simple, we want to give you an insight into what it's like getting in shape, working in the fitness industry and essentially leave you with little bits of knowledge to make your own fitness journey a little smoother. We want you to understand what goes on in our minds as fitness professionals so that you can understand that we're all very similar. The podcast isn't scripted, we just see where the conversation goes... and who knows, in the future perhaps we'll be able to share the stage with others from the industry.
